Yes, except for digital download products.

Fine Art Prints may be returned in the package and by the carrier with which they were sent within 10 business days from receipt of the product, providing the artwork is undamaged in any way. You will receive a full refund minus the delivery charge.

You enter payment details on the checkout page and I receive notice that you have ordered and paid for the product.

I will send you a receipt with the estimated date of delivery and a tracking number. The Fine Art Prints are on demand from Jerusalem Fine Art Prints and the expected timeline is approx. 5 business days for ordering and shipping. Any changes or delays will be sent as a notification to you.

Digital downloads are immediate with the files already included. This saves you time and money and this saving is passed on to you. Once your  payment has been processed you will have access to the files. Download the files to your own computer and you may print them out at home or take them to your local printer.

You find the product you love and want and click on the buy button. This will take you to the shopping cart. I use PayPal because it protects both of us with information privacy, shopping cart process and a returns policy.

When payment for your product has been received and verified, PayPal notifies me. I will then order the print or send you the download link that is appropriate to your purchase. I use print on demand services of the highest quality and sometimes there may be a slight delay in processing-but I will notify you if that is the case.

My paintings are usually in the size range of 40 cm x 50 cm, and with matting and framing you can add on another 10 cm to each dimension. I do have paintings which are in the 50 cm x 70 cm range and the same matting and framing will adjust the size higher.

During the printing process, the actual size can also be altered slightly to fit your needs but this must be requested at the time of ordering. There is no extra charge for this service.
